"Exceptional Service!"
This was my first time buying from HW. Dealing with Anthony was a real treat; he got back to my questions super fast. His messages were straightforward and easy to understand, and he managed to get my watch to me even with the ongoing COVID situation. The watch was just what you'd anticipate when purchasing new from a regular store - but without the hefty price tag!

I’m super happy with my experience. I reached out to Heritage Watches online, and I loved the option to pay in two parts. After making the first payment, they found and secured the watch I wanted in just 3 weeks, saving me a good chunk of change. Communication was solid the whole time... except during the Christmas/New Year period; it went quiet for 2 weeks with no updates on my return. I was so relieved when Heritage Watches got back to me in January, had my watch ready, and delivered it right on schedule. Big thanks!

Heritage Watches delivered excellent service and kept me in the loop, plus the watch was priced really well. When I placed my order, they gave me an estimated arrival time since it needed to be sourced, but it showed up quicker than I thought. I'm super happy with the watch, which came with the complete manufacturer's warranty and all the paperwork. I'll definitely be shopping with Heritage Watches again!

"A fantastic shopping experience."
This was my initial order with Chrono24, so I was a bit cautious. The price they offered was quite competitive, and the delivery timeline seemed fair. Although there was a hiccup with the delivery, Heritage handled everything like pros, and I reckon the delay was out of their hands. Lucinda from Heritage reached out to me and even suggested I could cancel, but I was cool with moving forward. Once the watch got to Heritage, they acted fast to make sure it got to me quickly. Based on this experience, I’d definitely be keen to shop with them again.

"Awesome Selection and Service for Panerai Watches!"
Don't pay attention to the bad reviews; this company is fantastic at finding authentic timepieces. Sure, they need a few days to get them in, but trust me, you’ll save a ton compared to retail prices, so no need to whine! I bought a Panerai Luminor last year and I'm already looking forward to my next Pan from Heritage :)

"Definitely would suggest and shop here again"
They got back to me super fast about my first question, and they offered a fantastic deal on a Panerai I was interested in. I felt a little unsure since I wasn't familiar with them, but since I was using my credit card through PayPal, I figured the risk was pretty low. I placed my order the following day, received regular updates, and had the watch in my hands a week later, just like they said. Definitely would suggest and shop here again.

Awesome communication during the buying process, the watch showed up pretty quickly and I’d definitely use their services again.

"Initially Doubtful, But Thrilled with My Purchase"
I had my doubts when I first checked out heritage watches since it only had a perfect 5-star rating. But let me tell ya, the service was top-notch, and they provided a timeline that they actually beat by two weeks! I definitely plan to shop with them again. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is to make sure folks aren’t put off by their outstanding reviews on Trustpilot.

"Great communication from start to finish!"
The communication during the whole process was top-notch. I was told it would take about 5 to 8 business days for my watch to show up, and it actually got here in just 5 days. I saved a good chunk of change compared to getting it from a regular authorized dealer, and the watch came with all the necessary papers and a full dated guarantee. I'd definitely work with Anthony and Lucinda again without a doubt.

"Initially hesitant about this new online shop..."
I was a bit unsure about buying from a relatively new online retailer. But, I gotta say, the communication from the supplier was top-notch, keeping us updated at every step of the way. The watch arrived in 8 days and came from within the EU (Italy). The Italian seller provided all the necessary documentation and warranty registration. Overall, we saved around £800 on this purchase. I’d definitely recommend them and plan to shop with Heritage Watches again.
